Spartan Group Consulting presents

The Acropolis Suite

Three connected tools that tell a SWAT team where it stands today, keep its record straight over time, and lay out the training path to Spartan Accreditation.

The suite

One team record, three jobs

Each tool does one thing well and hands the team forward to the next. Your profile is captured once in the Assessment, carried into Garrison, and measured in Agoge, so nobody re-enters the same information twice.

Acropolis Assessment

Find out where your team stands against the national standard

Open the Assessment ↗ acropolisstta.netlify.app

Free · no login

A short, structured questionnaire that types your team against the NTOA Tactical Response and Operations Standard (TROS, 2023). You answer questions about your people and your capabilities. The Assessment returns your tier and a gap report that explains every rating.

What you answer

  • Agency and team identity, including your ORI
  • Personnel by role: commander, team leaders, snipers, entry operators, and tactical medics
  • Which mission capabilities your team can perform

What you get back

  • A tier verdict. Tier 1 through Tier 4, with the standard and version it was scored against.
  • A gap report. For each shortfall, how far you are from the next tier and why.
  • A portable team profile. One file that becomes your starting record in Garrison, so onboarding starts from what you already told us.

Personnel minimums by tier, NTOA TROS 2023. A tier also requires its capability set: deliberate planned hostage rescue is the capability that separates Tier 1 from Tier 2. Your tier is the highest one where both the personnel and the capabilities are met.

Acropolis Garrison

Your team's system of record

Garrison is the definitive ledger for tactical readiness, serving as your team's permanent system of record over time. It tracks exactly who is on the roster, the specific gear carried, what training was completed, and where your team deployed.

Built for operational compliance, Garrison delivers a rigorous list of annual training requirements anchored in NTOA best practices and refined by a diversified board of law enforcement and U.S. Special Operations subject matter experts. It functions as an indispensable asset for tracking capability and reducing liability, proving its worth on day one, whether or not you ever start the climb.

After your agreement is signed, Spartan Group sets up your agency and seeds it from your Assessment. Your liaison becomes the first administrator and invites the rest of the team.

What's inside

  • Dashboard with your credentials, a records-fed calendar, and a list of upcoming and overdue certifications, service dates, and policy reviews
  • Roster of named members with rank, role, and contact details; bulk import by spreadsheet
  • Equipment with a running service log and attached proof such as invoices and photos
  • Training: tier-based tracking of critical annual training requirements, completed training events, instructional hours, attendee records, and certification status and expiration dates
  • Resources: centralized templates, training plans, and instructional guides to support and enhance the tier-driven annual training schedule
  • Deployments: track deployments by location, mission type, duration, and personnel, with operational-tempo monitoring and centralized storage of operations orders and after-action debriefs
  • Policy / SOP register for continuously updating, tracking, and reviewing policies and SOPs to maintain compliance with governing laws, regulatory standards, and operational requirements

Acropolis Agoge

The path from your NTOA tier to the Spartan Accreditation standard

Add-on

The Spartan Group Accreditation Process establishes NTOA best practices as its baseline, incorporates state-specific Attorney General policy and guidelines, and integrates proven training and operational preparation methodologies from leading SWAT units and U.S. Special Operations Forces tasked with tactical entry missions.

This comprehensive framework combines the most effective, applicable practices from law enforcement and military special operations to establish a rigorous, mission-focused standard for SWAT training, operational readiness, and execution. The objective is to enhance mission effectiveness while reinforcing the highest standards of professional accountability, legal compliance, and officer and civilian safety.

What it does

  • Builds your accreditation development plan. Provides tier-specific training requirements, templates, and instructional resources to guide accreditation development.
  • Tracks your progress. Implements a systematic, building-block approach to training, with events, hours, attendees, and completion records documented in the Acropolis platform.
  • Requires verifiable proof. Every requirement must be supported by documented evidence, such as performance scores, completion counts, certifications, or written policies with supporting documentation. In SWAT operations, if you cannot document it, you cannot verify it.

Questions

Common questions

Does the Assessment cost anything or require an account?
No. It is free and needs no login. You leave with your tier, your gap report, and your team profile.
Do we need Garrison to use Agoge?
Yes. Agoge measures the record Garrison keeps. Garrison works on its own; Agoge is added when your agency is ready to start the climb.
Who decides what Spartan Accreditation requires?
Spartan Group. They write the levels, requirements, and courses directly in Agoge, and update them as the standard evolves. Each agency's plan is then built from its own record.
How is the NTOA standard used?
The Assessment uses the published personnel minimums and capability requirements from NTOA TROS 2023 to type your team. The tier recorded on every result names the standard and version it was scored against.
What happens to the information we enter in the Assessment?
It becomes your starting profile. If your agency signs on, Spartan Group uses it to set up Garrison, matched by your ORI, so you don't fill it out again.

Start with where you stand

The Assessment takes a few minutes and shows exactly what stands between your team and the next tier.
